•Recruiting: collected around 3000 CVs and filtered them into different categories according to their experiences, then interviewed them individually.

•Training: each employee got trained by the head of departments to make sure they match the job description.

•Daily Performance & attendance reports: Coordinating daily with the head of departments to assure everything is aligned and recording their daily attendance for the employee’s punctuality.
