Project includes 4 scopes at once dated on 16 and 17 January 2023 , Production, AVL , Manpower and Entertainment.
Production: included 10 booths (3 x 1.5 m) and a main one size ( 5 x 3 m ), MDF Arc , Photo Wall, Flags, DJ table, Centerpiece for high tables, Stage with a podium, Reception Lit, Agenda, Numbering cards.
AVL : LED Screen, Audio System, Lighting, Technical Team, Logistic, Translator Booth, Lights For flags.
Manpower : 5 Hostesses, 1 Supervisor per day.
Entertainment : 360 Camera with platform, DJ , Drummers.
